The problem
Paper and spreadsheets can't prove a number.
When the count doesn't match, there's nowhere to look. A cell gets overwritten and the old value is gone. Stockouts and dead stock show up too late to do anything about. The number might be right — but no one can prove it.
A spreadsheet keeps the latest guess, not how you got there. Overwrite it and it's gone.
Stock walked. Was it sold, moved, miscounted, or shrinkage? Paper won't tell you.

Tap any number to pull the thread: the exact movements behind it unroll, the culprit is flagged, and the fix is one tap — draft the order, move the stock, recount the bin.

One list of your goods. The quantity never hides.
Catalog and stock are one list — an item you haven't stocked yet still shows, honestly, as "no stock yet". On hand lives in a fixed spine at the right edge that never scrolls away, whatever else is open.
Expand any total into the shelves and lots that make it. Expand any of those into the movements that prove it. Three levels, and each one is the receipt for the level above.
Walk the floor

Lay out your site once — zones, bays, bins, even the office and the pillar you always bump into. From then on, what needs you shows up where it physically is: a ring around the zone, a count on the corner.
Tap "Walk it" and the picks are numbered onto the plan in walking order. New staff stop asking where Bay C is.
